Ai Pia Cia E Ya

The below is dedicated to all M'sians except UMNO cronies. Don't worry, we shall strive and then reap the rewards. Then, we'll be proud that we did it without cronyism and clutches. Also, the rewards will be better appreciated.

Then, let's sing this song together...

Dare to dream of M'sians living in harmony like this...

Why, why, tell me why?

Homo sapiens, being on top of the food chain, should set an example. Instead, it takes this dog, cat and rat to show us the way.

IMO, here's why we M'sians are NOT getting along - it's the politicians!!! Time and again, we hear them rant about "pendatangs", Ketuanan Melayu, raising the keris and bathing it in chinese blood, etc. Except for the indigenous people of M'sian, EVERYONE is a migrant. Heck, ALL homo sapiens on planet Earth are immigrants - we all are aliens from outer space! Haven't the science of astronomy proven all this? Aren't the life-giving blood of all of us is RED?

Way back in the early 60's when I was in school, I don't feel the racial polarization. We all lepak together and till today we are still getting along very well and is constantly in touch, as our school reunion will prove. When my children were in school, they tell me that they felt "abandoned". So, I tell them to ignore this polarization and concentrate on their studies. With good results, it'll at least try to even out the 'play
ing field', in getting good jobs and other opportunities. Perhaps, this is the reason why the non-bumis are generally doing better, academically? Well, my children are graduates with no govt scholarships and it currently looks like they are having a great future ahead.

1Malaysia, my foot!!! Show me the beef!!!

Perhaps, the below 2 articles below best illustrate the point and I stand corrected:

Another List for us to ponder on:

This list is common knowledge to a lot of Malaysians, especially those non-Malays (Chinese, Ibans, Kadazans, Orang Asli, Tamils, etc.) who have been racially discriminated against.

(1) Of the five major banks, only one is multi-racial, the rest are
controlled by Malays.

(2) 99% of Petronas directors are Malays.

(3) 3% of Petronas employees are Chinese.

(4) 99% of 2000 Petronas gasoline stations are owned by Malays.
(5) 100% all contractors working under Petronas projects must be of
Bumis status.

(6) 0% of non-Malay staff are legally required in Malay companies. But
there must be 30% Malay staffs in Chinese companies.

(7) 5% of all new intake for government police, nurses, army, are non
-Malays.

(8) 2% is the present Chinese staff in Royal Malaysian Air Force
(RMAF), a drop from 40% in 1960.

(9) 2% is the percentage of non-Malay government servants in
Putrajaya, but Malays make up 98%.

(10) 7% is the percentage of Chinese gove
rnment servants in the entire
government (in 2004); a drop from 30% in 1960.

(11) 95% of government contracts are given to Malays.

(12) 100% all business licensees are controlled by Malay government,
e..g. Taxi permits, Approved permits, etc.

(13) 80% of the Chinese rice millers in Kedah had to be sold to Malay
controlled Bernas in 1980s. Otherwise, life is made difficult for
Chinese rice millers.

(14) 100 big companies set up, owned and managed by Chinese
Malaysians were taken over by govern
ment, and later managed by
Malays since 1970s, e.g. UTC, UMBC, MISC, Southern Bank
etc..

(15) At least 10 Chinese owned bus companies (throughout Malaysia in
the past 40 years) had to be sold to MARA or other Malay
transport companies due to rejection by Malay authorities to
Chinese applications for bus routes and rejection for their
applications for new buses..

(16) Two Chinese taxi drivers were barred from driving in Johor Larkin
bus station. There are about 30 taxi drivers and three were
Chinese in Oct. 2004. Spoiling taxi club properties was the reason
given.

(17) 0 non-Malays are allowed to get shop lots in the new Muar bus
station (Nov.. 2004).

(18) 8000 billion ringgit is the total amount the government channeled to
Malay pockets through ASB, ASN, MARA, privatization of
government agencies, Tabung Haji etc, through NEP over a 34
years period.

(19) 48 Chinese primary schools closed down from 1968 - 2000.

(20) 144 Indian primary schools closed down from 1968 - 2000.

(21) 2637 Malay primary schools built from 1968 - 2000.

(22) 2.5% is government budget for Chinese primary schools. Indian
schools got only 1%, Malay schools got 96.5%.
(23) While a Chinese parent with RM1000 salary (monthly) cannot get
school textbook loan, a Malay parent with RM2000 salary is
eligible.

(24) All 10 public university vice chancellors are Malays.

(25) 5% of the government universities' lecturers are of non-Malay
origins. This percentage has been reduced from about 70% in
1965 to only 5% in 2004.

(26) Only 5% has been given to non-Malays for government
scholarships in over 40 years.

(27) 0 Chinese or Indians were sent to Jap
an and Korea under the
'Look East Policy.'

(28) 128 STPM Chinese top students could not get into the course to
which they aspired, i.e. Medicine (in 2004).

(29) 10% quotas are in place for non-Bumi students for MARA science
schools beginning in 2003, but only 7% are filled. Before that it
was 100% Malays.

(30) 50 cases in which Chinese and Indian Malaysians are beaten up in
the National Service program in 2003.

(31) 25% of the Malaysian population was Chinese in 2004, a drop
from 45% in 1957.

(32) 7% of the Malaysian population is Indian (2004), a drop from
12% in 1957.

(33) 2 million Chinese Malaysians have emigrated in the past 40 years.

(34) 0.5 million Indian Malaysians have emigrated overseas.

(35) 3 millions Indonesians have migrated to Malaysia and become
Malaysian citizens with Bumis status.

(36) 600,000 Chinese and Indian Malaysians with red IC were rejected
repeatedly when applying for citizenship in the past 40 years.
Perhaps 60% of them had already passed away due to old age.
This shows racism, based on how easily Indonesians got their
citizenships compared with the Chinese and Indians.

(37) 5% - 15% discount for a Malay to buy a house, regardless
whether the Malay is rich or poor.
(38) 2% is what new Chinese villages get, compared with 98% - what
Malay villages got for rural development budget.

(41) 0 temples/churches were built for each housing estate. But every
housing estate got at least one mosque/surau built.

(42) 3000 mosques/surau were built in all housing estates throughout
Malaysia since 1970. No temples or churches are required to be
built in housing estates.

(43) 1 Catholic church in Shah Alam took 20 years to apply to have a
building constructed. But they were told by Malay authority that it
must look like a factory and not like a church. As of 2004 the
application still have not been approved.

(44) 1 publishing of Bible in Iban language banned (in 2002).

(45) 0 of the government TV stations (RTM1, RTM2, TV3) are
directors of non-Malay origin.

(46) 30 government produced TV dramas and films always showed
that the bad guys had Chinese faces, and the good guys had
Malay faces. You can check it out since 1970s. Recent years, this
has become less of a tendency.

(47) 10 times, at least, Malays (especially Umno) had threatened to
massacre the Chinese Malaysians using May 13, since 1969.

(48) 20 constituencies won by DAP would not get funds from the
government to develop. These Chinese majority constituencies
would be the last to be developed.
(49) 100 constituencies (parliaments and states) had been racially re
-delineated so Chinese votes were diluted for Chinese candidates.
This is one of the main reasons why DAP candidates have
consistently lost in elections since the 1970s. (update to 2008
needed)

(50) Only 3 out of 12 human rights items are ratified by the Malaysian
government since 1960.

(51) 0 - elimination of all forms of racial discrimination (UN Human
Rights) has not been ratified by Malaysian government since
1960s.

(52) 20 reported cases whereby Malay ambulance attendances treated
Chinese patients inhumanely, and Malay government hospital staffs
purposely delayed attending to Chinese patients in 2003.
Unreported cases may be 200.

(54) 20 cases every year whereby Chinese drivers who accidentally
knocked down Malays were seriously assaulted or killed by
Malays.

(55) 12% is what ASB/ASN got per annum while banks fixed deposits
are only about 3.5% per annum.

Hope of coming home to serve country dashed

I AM almost completing the Graduate Diploma in Education at the University of Western Australia and have been looking forward to serving the country.

I completed my undergraduate Science degree in USM Penang and opted for an internationally recognised teaching qualification for security purposes.

I recently applied online on the Education Ministry’s website for the position of Guru Sandaran Terlatih and have been regularly checking the site for updates after I found it difficult to speak directly to a person about my circumstances.

When I finally managed to speak to an officer from the ministry last week, he informed me that the route to a permanent post is via an initial probationary period subject to confirmation, and that it was the same for teaching students from public and private colleges.

He, however, could not offer me more information and suggested I call back at another time. I later spoke to someone else in the office about the process and she told me that I would need to have my qualifications recognised by the JPA before I could be granted an interview. But she did not know what should be done after obtaining the JPA recognition.

Anyway, I called JPA and was curtly told that my qualifications are not recognised, never mind that it is internationally recognised. I was too distraught to proceed with further questions like where should I go from here, etc.

I do not mean to sound pompous, but my reports and academic results have been outstanding and I have even been offered a teaching position overseas. I declined because I wanted to come home to serve my country.

To be presented with such news is both disappointing and shocking. I guess I can still apply to local private schools but my desire is to make a positive difference in the public education system – a system that I am proudly a product of.

Now I need to figure out what to tell my parents who have funded this course with their life savings. I know I will be faulted for not finding this out before enrolling but really, who would have thought that an internationally recognised qualification is not recognised in Malaysia? Needless to say, I am disillusioned and extremely disappointed that my qualifications and big dreams have no place in Malaysia. Do we even need to wonder why young people are forced out of their own country?

DISILLUSIONED,
Australia.

I dreamt more BN MPs and ADUNs to die so that...

... at least the people that pay their salaries/perks, etc, get some back during a by-election. Below is an example and the latest one, too. Now, I wonder... should BN lose this by-election, will
Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin keep his promise?

TIME WILL TELL.

Chinese schools in Teluk Kemang to get RM1.4mil boost

PORT DICKSON: Chinese schools in Teluk Kemang received a financial boost when Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin promised RM1.4mil for them.

He also promised to provide RM500,000 in funds for the Hoon Leong temple here.

The allocations were announced by Muhyddin during a dinner organised by the Chinese community at the temple here last night.

He said the allocations would be paid out by next year.

Among those who attended the dinner were Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, Tourism Minister Datuk Dr Ng Yen Yen, Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong and Barisan Nasional candidate for Bagan Pinang Tan Sri Isa Samad.

Isa, who came a little late for the dinner, was given a rousing welcome by those present when he walked in.

In his speech, Muhyiddin said the support of the Chinese community was important for Barisan.

“Nobody should be left out in the country’s development programmes.

“The Government appreciates the contributions of the community to the national economy,” he added.

Dr Ng said she would ensure that the temple would be included in the country’s tourism map.

She urged the temple management to add attractions such as souvenir stalls for tourists.

A Malay to be proud of.....(the UMNO way!)

Subject: VOTE FOR UMNO to enable their members to maintain their lifestyle - an appeal by Mr & Mrs Khir Toyo
Bocor! RM1.9 million ringgit
UMNO Cuti (Lawatan Sambil Belajar)

AFTER a gruelling seven days, the public inquiry into possible misuse of funds by Wives of Selangor Elected Representatives Charity Organisation (BALKIS) ended yesterday, leaving those who attended reeling from the revelations.

For more than a week, details of money spent on exotic trips, overseas souvenir- shopping expeditions and gifts for guests attending glitzy functions, kept members of the Selangor State Assembly’s Select Committee on Competency, Accountability and Transparency (Selcat) riveted as the figures continued to rise.

The inquiry is the first to be conducted by a State Legislative Assembly in the country. Other States are widely expected to follow suit following the conclusion of the Balkis inquiry.

Yesterday, PNSB chief executive officer Datin Khairiyah Abu Hassan dropped a bombshell when she further revealed how much the State-owned conglomerate had forked out for former Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohd Khir Toyo and his family’s expenses during the overseas technical visits.

She also drew hoots of laughter when she explained the reasons for the trips.

A tour guide instead took them around. Cost of Dr Khir’s luxury suite: RM110,000

Cost of six single superior rooms for the delegates: RM171,000

Khairiyah claimed that on the trips, Dr Khir and his wife flew only first class.

The itinerary of the US trip also included visits to Miami Beach , island tours, dinner cruises and a Honolulu city tour.

Dr Khir and his wife, supposed to have been key witnesses, failed to turn up for any of the inquiry proceedings.

Dr Khir would be referred to the Committee of Privileges while Zaharah could be prosecuted under Section 5 of the Contempt of the House Act 2008. The inquiry’s findings will be presented at the next sitting of the Selangor State Assembly in July.

The Malaysian Anti- Corruption Commission is expected to investigate possible criminal breach of trust (CBT) once Selcat concludes its findings and police conclude their investigations.

11 Sept 2009 - Khir Toyo was called
for questioning by MACC but he was let go after some greetings and minor questions. Why didn't they keep him overnight like Teoh Beng Hock and then see if he jumps to his death from Plaza Masalam?

Bagan Pinang by-election is this month, on 11 October 2009. If you love Barisan Nasional, then vote for UMNO in Bagan Pinang. They will also love you for giving up your hard-earned tax ringgit so that they can enjoy a luxurious elite lifestyle, travelling all over the world and living like kings without having to work for a single cent. Hypocrite Muslim Minister In Malaysia Cleared The Caning Of Muslim Mother For Drinking Beer

Source:
www.GutterUncensored.com

So, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein cleared the Prisons Department to cane Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno for drinking beer. The same Home Minister that is known to enjoy a cold beer every now and again. The same Home Minister that was pictured drinking a few cold beers in the playboy days surrounded by a bunch of loose drunken women. The same Home Minister who's wife was also pictured knocking a cold one down herself. Anyway, send in more pictures and/or video of Muslim politicians in Malaysia who don't practice what they preach to GutterUncensored@yahoo.com. The corruption and phoniness of some Malaysian politicians would be funny if they didn't have the power to torture people. How can a man who himself clearly enjoy a beer every now and again himself signed a paper clearing the way for another person who share his taste. The double standard of these people is fucking incredible, someone need to tell Hishammuddin Hussein that he is a Muslim that has violated Syariah law. And ask him when is he going to get his six strokes from the cane. It's only fair... It would be justice. The Star report:

Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein has “cleared” the Prisons Department to cane part-time model Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno.

He said department director-general Datuk Zulkifli Omar and a woman officer came to his office last week to conduct a caning demonstration for him.

“She tapped the back of a chair with the cane.

“There was little force involved and it was not going to inflict pain, not even like the caning carried out in schools in those days.

“I am now satisfied that the caning can be carried out by the department if the court decides to proceed and enforce the sentence,” he said in an interview.

Hishammuddin had recently said the ministry needed to study the proper procedures before caning the woman according to Syariah law, adding that he would not allow the department to execute the caning sentence if it did not have the knowledge and expertise to do it.

Kartika, a 32-year-old mother-of-two, was fined RM5,000 and ordered to be whipped six times for drinking beer in a hotel in Cherating last year.

Her sentence has been deferred until after Ramadan.

Several parties, such as the Bar Council, have called for the sentence to be annulled.

Hishammuddin said that although he was now satisfied that the department was able to conduct the caning, he still felt it had no experience to do so.

“This is because the woman (Kartika) will be the first to be caned (under Syariah laws applicable to Muslims). Four men who have received caning sentences by the Syariah Court are appealing their sentences,” he said.

On the merits of Kartika’s caning sentence, the minister said he had told the department not to get “embroiled in this.”

“That is not their purview. It is the judicial process which decides that. If the caning sentence is to be imposed, it is their duty to carry it out fairly.”

Kartika’s father, Shukarno Mutalib, when contacted, said the family was happy to hear that the department was able to handle the caning.

Alhamdullillah (praise be upon Allah). Kartika wants it over and done with,” he said.

It would seem hypocrisy is an official state policy in Malaysia. Here is Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein enjoying a few cold Anchor beer with a few ladies in his younger playboy days. These pictures have been around for some time now but it is an appropriate time to share them again in light of his recent decision to have a woman suffer from six stroke from a cane. Hishammuddin Hussein was never caned for drinking beer because certain people in Malaysia can getaway with murder while people like Kartika are treated like dogs for the most minor infractions. Yup, she is going to be punished for the same crime the Home Minister himself is no stranger to. The woman officer should have demonstrated the caning on him for his past infractions of the laws he is enforcing now. Hopefully the western media with pick up on this bit of hypocrisy. Click pictures to enlarge.

This is supposedly one of his mistresses, the air stewardess that was caught having an affair with him in Johor Bahru. And she is said to be the same lady that he took to Mongolia on a trip with the then PM.

Booze and ladies, all you need in life.

Here is his wife not to be confuse with his mistress enjoying a cold one too. She look totally wasted but she seem to be hotter than his mistress.

Bagan Pinang - One Tan Sri. Two Datuks.

The wheeling and the dealing has started in Bagan Pinang. This Isa Samad have pledged – with hands on his heart and the other hand with fingers crossed behind his back – that he will win Bagan Pinang. But he will not do what he did when he got caught for money politics in UMNO the last time. That time he was physically handing over the money like nobody’s business – thinking that those that took the money from him will know that he is generous – and that they can count on him to give them more when elected. He was elected but he did not count on Pak Lah’s insistence that they go after Isa and when UMNO members knew that Isa was going to be the ‘sacrificial lamb’ of money politics -the very people who took money from Isa now took money again to declare that Isa had bribed them! As they say there is no honour among thieves. Isa is not sorry for his involvement in money politics – he is just sorry that he was caught.

Nobody is going to catch Isa giving money in Bagan Pinang. But the money is there for the taking. And they have so much to give away that they need three guys to do it…and here is the thing. Isa and UMNO are not keen to throw money around themselves..no no no…they have got these three guys to do it for them. And not only that - they are not using Malays this time around.

And do not say that UMNO are not smart…sorry the word is ‘devious’. Do not think that UMNO is not devious. Isa/UMNO will be not using Malays. They will also not be using their own money (well our money actually but that is a technicality – possession is nine tenth ownership)….and UMNO and Isa want to physically keep as far away as they can from the actual giving of money.

They have manage to get three chinese ‘volunteers’ to do it for them.

So let us recap. They have got three chinese towkays…one a Tan Sri and two Datuks who have all beniftted from Isa’s era as MB of Negri Sembilan - to volunteer to help them in Bagan Pinang. As Najib and Isa have told these three - it is pay back time. They have made their money from business opportunities given to them by Barisan now it is time to donate towards Isa’s cause.

Now with Pak Lah…he does not want to know about money politics – he thinks out of sight means there is no money politics. With Najib and Mahyuddin it is different. They know what Isa is doing with these thee guys and they know that these three guys will have to be compensated for their ‘donation’ in the future.

This is what money politics is. These three Chinese Towkays will ‘invest’ on Isa wining the by - election. Isa knows it. Najib and Mahyuddin knows it. UMNO knows it. And those taking the money knows where to go to get the money. It is a merry go round and they think that we do not know about it?

I know who the three are and I will name them –

· Tan Sri Gan
· Dato Chua
· Dato Yap

Everybody who is anybody in UMNO Bagan Pinang knows where to go to get the money. So my friend I suggest if you are going to Bagan Pinang and if you are interested in finding out if any money is being thrown around in the name of Isa or UMNO – don’t look for Isa doing it. Look for where these three Chinese Towkays are. Keep your eye on them and on their people. They will be all over Bagan Pinang and in the coffee houses of the hotels in Port Dickson and anywhere else they can go to hand over the money to those who will want it.

So if the UMNO disciplinary board are keeping their eyes on Isa and his machai…don’t lah. Suggest you keep your eye on the following:

Tan Sri Dr Gan Kong Seng
PK Resources Bhd (PLC)
Development of Nilai township.

Dato' Chua Tiong Moon
Era Baru Sdn Bhd.
Property Development/ Investment Holding Company doing business in Negri Sembilan.

Dato' Yap Kat Boon
Different companies for different projects in Negri Sembilan.
Mostly JV with Isa's proxies.

Three Chinese Towkays are taking a very expensive gamble that ISa will win. That UMNO will win the next GE that they will have enough time before the next GE to recoup their ‘investments’. There have not put a cap on what they are willing to spend in Bagan Pinang – they have told Isa that they will give whatever is needed. As I have said before there will always be rats swimming to the sinking ship of UMNO and there will always be suckers to do the dirty work for Isa and UMNO.

Friends I ask that you make sure that at least one of your friends will read this posting of mine. Please do this – forward this posting to someone else. Print it and have it distributed to as many people as you can. I want this information to go to every one that you think are with us. We must do this! Even if we cannot stop these three towkays from giving away their money for UMNO, for Isa – if enough people know about this posting, at the least it will make them uncomfortable. At the most it will shame them into doing it under the table. Let us show that we have the numbers to make a difference. Will you all do this for me, for our cause in Bagan Pinang and for all of us. Please do it NOW!

Chinese politicians can only DREAM about this.

... 'Cos, they'll get executed, if they are confirmed to be corrupted. They can't get away with "good" guilt, as stated by M'sian Home minister. Read all about it, as below:

Isa unlike other guilty leaders, says Hishammuddin

By Asrul Hadi Abdullah Sani

PUTRAJAYA, Sept 30 – There’s good guilt and then there’s bad guilt, going by the argument Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein put forward today in defence of Tan Sri Isa Samad’s selection as Umno candidate in the Bagan Pinang by-election.

In praising the man whom Umno once found guilty of vote buying as “a loyal servant of the party”, Hishammuddin also called Isa the “people’s candidate,” in an acknowledgement to polls which suggest the former Umno vice-president was very popular in Bagan Pinang despite being tainted by his corrupt past.

“He is different from certain individuals who, when found guilty by the party, they are willing to curse the party that has served them. Tan Sri Isa is different. He is patient and strong, and his loyalty to the party is one matter which was considered by the top leadership,” he said.

Umno yesterday picked Isa as the Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for the Bagan Pinang by-election.

The by-election is expected to end Pakatan Rakyat’s (PR) winning streak in all by-elections in the peninsula since the last general election as the constituency is considered an Umno stronghold.

Hishammuddin told reporters today that the party’s top leadership considered the wishes of the people when nominating Isa.

“The consideration the top leadership had in announcing Tan Sri Isa as our candidate is the fact that the people of Bagan Pinang and Teluk Kemang, and not only Umno but people of all races, wanted him,” he said.

Hishammuddin said that the opposition would try to tie Isa to his past but stressed that it was the voters who would decide Isa’s fate.

“At the end of the day, these people trying to tie him to the past are not the ones who are going to vote. The ones that are going to vote are the people there and the people there want him,” he said.

The Bagan Pinang by-election was made necessary following the death of BN’s Azman Mohammad Noor on Sept 4.

It is situated within the Teluk Kemang parliamentary constituency represented by PKR’s Datuk Kamarul Baharin Abbas.

Apart from Bagan Pinang, Umno also won the neighbouring Linggi state seat in last year’s election, while PR controls three other state seats in Teluk Kemang — Chuah (PKR), Lukut (DAP) and Port Dickson (PKR).

In March last year, Azman defeated Ramli Ismail of PAS, by some 2,000 votes.

BN is currently ruling the state with a simple majority after winning only 21 out of the 36 state constituencies.
